WESTBOURNE TERRACE

A small two-bedroom top floor flat in a Grade II listed building that was stripped out and completely refurbished for a professional couple who had just moved from a large home in the north of England, so this was quite a change for them. The lady of the house had a great eye for detail whilst maintaining the essence of simplicity.

We used our recommended builders to renovate. The work was extensive with permissions granted from Westminster Planning Authority. Levelling floor joists, new boiler and plumbing, new bathrooms, joinery, lighting and lighting circuits.

We designed and installed a bespoke critter glazed internal window opening up the space whilst maintaining privacy between the kitchen and the lounge. Architectural glass balustrade and new bespoke handrail, redecoration throughout.
